Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Nyza Creations LLC for Fashy. You must meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live, have authority to agree, and provide accurate account information. If you use Fashy for a business, you confirm authority to bind it.
What Fashy provides
Fashy creates labelled AI fashion visualizations, lets members save and share looks, and connects customers with independently operated curated designers. AI concepts are inspiration—not exact virtual fitting, tailoring instructions, authenticity certification, or a guarantee of color, fabric, construction, sizing, feasibility, availability, delivery date, or finished appearance.
Your content and permissions
You keep rights you hold in your photos, prompts, and posts. You grant Fashy a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display them only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service according to your visibility settings. For public content, this includes displaying it in the feed. You confirm you have all needed rights and consent, including from every identifiable person shown.
AI outputs
Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or not eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. You must review an output before relying on, publishing, or commissioning it. Do not use Fashy to copy protected designs, impersonate people, mislead others, or create prohibited content. Labels and provenance indicators must not be removed to deceive.
Credits and digital purchases
Generation credits are limited service entitlements, not money, securities, or transferable property. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS and Android digital purchases are processed through the applicable app store unless a legally permitted alternative is expressly offered. Store purchases are also subject to store terms. Trial credits may expire or be limited to one account. See the Credit and Refund Policy.
Designers and physical goods
Designers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Fashy. Quotes, measurements, materials, construction details, alterations, timing, taxes, customs, shipping, cancellations, returns, and remedies must be confirmed in the order terms. Fashy may facilitate checkout, communications, and dispute review but is not the maker and does not guarantee a designer’s work.
Community and enforcement
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may moderate, limit, remove, preserve, or report content; suspend accounts; reverse abusive credits; or restrict transactions to protect people, the service, and legal rights. You can report content and appeal by contacting support.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that outputs or physical goods meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyza Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid Fashy in the prior 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Disputes and governing law
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Nyza Creations LLC is organized, without regard to conflict rules. Any mandatory local consumer venue or rights still apply. If a separate arbitration clause is later proposed, it will not apply unless properly disclosed and accepted.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Fashy and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, legal requirements, or service closure, with notice where practical. We may update these Terms; material changes apply prospectively after notice where required.
