Fashy respects copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and design rights. Upload only material you own or are authorized to use. AI output can resemble existing work and may not receive exclusive protection; review it before commercial use.
Submitting a notice
Send rights notices to support@fashy.ai with your name and signature, the protected work, the specific Fashy URL or content identifier, your contact details, a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may forward the notice to the uploader.
Counter-notices and repeat infringement
If your content was removed by mistake, contact us with the removed material, its prior location, your contact details, consent to appropriate jurisdiction, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
