Delete your Fashy data.
Remove individual photos or concepts inside your closet, or permanently delete your account and associated personal content.
Delete selected content
- Sign in and open Closet.
- Open a photo or AI concept.
- Choose Delete and confirm.
- Unpublish first if you only want to remove it from the public feed.
A source photo with dependent concepts may require those concepts to be deleted first. Removed files can remain temporarily in encrypted backups and necessary safety logs.
Delete entire account
This removes your profile, private photos, concepts, social content, credit balance, and access. It cannot be undone. Active paid orders and unresolved disputes may need to be completed or retained as required.
Can’t sign in?
Submit a request at support@fashy.ai from the account email or use our support form. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data. We aim to complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law. Records necessary for payments, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance may be retained and isolated.
