Custom physical goods
A designer quote becomes binding only when you accept it and complete payment. The accepted scope should state garment details, measurements process, materials, price, shipping, taxes, timeline, alteration policy, cancellation terms, and any custom-goods return limitations. AI imagery alone is not the product specification.
Payments and platform role
Fashy may facilitate payment through Stripe and collect a disclosed platform fee. Designers remain the seller and maker of record unless checkout expressly states otherwise. They are responsible for manufacture, descriptions, legal compliance, packaging, fulfilment, and applicable warranties. Fashy does not take title to garments.
Shipping, customs, and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The order identifies shipping responsibility and when risk transfers where law permits. International customers may owe customs, duties, brokerage, or import taxes. Inspect delivery promptly and preserve packaging and evidence if there is damage or a material mismatch.
Cancellations, returns, and disputes
Custom and personalized goods may have limited cancellation or return rights, but mandatory consumer protections still apply. Start a dispute through support promptly. We may request photos, messages, measurements, tracking, and production evidence; facilitate a resolution; or apply available payment remedies. Chargebacks do not replace your obligation to provide truthful information.
