How credits work
A standard V1 generation uses 1 credit and a Studio generation uses 2. The price and credit quantity shown at checkout control. Credits do not expire under the current program, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be resold. New eligible accounts receive one non-transferable trial credit.
Failed and blocked generations
When our system reserves credits and a generation fails for a technical reason, the reserved credits are automatically returned. Requests rejected for policy violations, abusive behavior, or materially misleading input may not qualify. Contact support if the ledger does not reconcile.
Web, Apple, and Google purchases
Stripe processes web purchases. Apple processes iOS in-app digital purchases and Google processes Android in-app digital purchases. App-store pricing, taxes, currency, refunds, family sharing, and billing support may differ by region and are controlled by the applicable store. Ask Apple or Google directly for a store purchase refund; Fashy cannot override their decision.
Refund requests
Except where law requires otherwise, used credits are not refundable. For unused web credits purchased in error, contact support within 14 days with the receipt; we will review eligibility, fraud signals, and local consumer law. A refund reverses the corresponding credits. Physical-goods payments follow the accepted designer quote and marketplace terms.
