Independent designer relationship

Designer studios are independent businesses. Approval or a verified badge means Fashy reviewed the submitted profile against current curation criteria; it is not an endorsement, employment relationship, guarantee, license verification, or promise of sales.

Designer obligations

• Provide truthful identity, portfolio, location, skills, lead times, pricing, tax, banking, and shipping information.
• Use only portfolio content and designs you have rights to display and produce.
• Independently assess feasibility, measurements, materials, safety, accessibility, care, timeline, customs, and price before quoting.
• Describe differences from the AI concept clearly; never promise exact reproduction or fit based only on an image.
• Comply with consumer, textile-labeling, labor, tax, sanctions, product-safety, privacy, and export laws.

Payments, fees, and disputes

Physical-goods payments may use Stripe Connect. The applicable platform fee is disclosed before acceptance; processing, tax, currency conversion, refunds, disputes, reserves, and Connect terms may also apply. Designers must cooperate with reasonable evidence requests and may not divert an introduced transaction to evade fees or safeguards.

Suspension and removal

Fashy may pause requests, payouts where legally and contractually allowed, remove a profile, or terminate access for safety risk, poor fulfilment, fraud, misrepresentation, rights complaints, chargebacks, or policy violations. Outstanding customer obligations survive removal.
