Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use

• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized minors, nudity involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or grooming.
• Hate, violent threats, terrorism support, targeted harassment, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous illegal instructions.
• Deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, deepfakes presented as real, election deception, or removal of AI disclosures to mislead.
• Uploading content you do not have rights to use; requests to closely copy protected garments, logos, or trade dress.
• Malware, scraping private content, credential theft, reverse engineering, rate-limit bypass, automated account creation, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, or safeguard evasion.
• Selling prohibited, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or regulated goods through any Fashy surface.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation, retain necessary safety records, restrict features, remove content, freeze suspicious transactions, or suspend an account. Technical failures may receive a credit reversal; blocked policy-violating requests generally do not create a right to compensation.
