Designers & orders

From a no-payment quote request to a safely tracked custom-garment order.

What does verified designer mean?+

It means Fashy reviewed the studio profile against current curation criteria. It is not employment, a guarantee of work, or a substitute for reviewing the portfolio, quote, policies, and communication yourself.

Does a quote request cost money?+

No. A request sends the AI concept and your brief to a designer. Payment happens only after the designer responds and you accept the quote.

Will the garment look exactly like the image?+

Not necessarily. AI concepts are inspiration, not technical patterns or fit simulations. The designer must confirm construction, fabric, color, measurements, alterations, price, and the differences they expect.

How are custom orders paid?+

Accepted physical-goods orders use secure web checkout, generally through Stripe and Stripe Connect. The order page shows item, shipping, tax, production, and tracking status where available.

Can custom clothes be returned?+

Custom and personalized goods often have limited cancellation or return options, but mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the accepted quote and designer policy before paying. Contact support promptly about material mismatch, damage, or non-delivery.

What about international shipping?+

A designer profile may show worldwide shipping, but the quote controls. International buyers may also owe customs, duties, import tax, or brokerage fees.
