Understand generation costs, purchase platforms, automatic reversals, and refund paths.
What does one credit buy?+
A Standard generation uses 1 credit. A higher-detail Studio generation uses 2. The confirmation button always shows the cost before you start.
Do I get a free trial?+
Each eligible new account receives one non-transferable trial credit, enough for one Standard generation. Fashy does not offer unlimited free generations.
What if generation fails?+
Credits are reserved before work starts. If a technical failure prevents the result, the reservation is automatically returned to your credit ledger. Policy-blocked or abusive requests may not qualify.
Where do I buy credits?+
On fashy.ai, web credits use Stripe Checkout. On iPhone and iPad, digital credits use Apple In-App Purchase. On Android, they use Google Play Billing unless a permitted regional alternative is clearly offered.
Do credits expire or transfer?+
Purchased credits do not currently expire, but they cannot be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or moved between separate accounts.
How do refunds work?+
Apple or Google handles refunds for purchases made through its store. For unused web credits purchased accidentally, contact support within 14 days. Used credits are generally non-refundable unless law requires otherwise.
